The Aractingi Group was created in 2012 by Julien and Morgen Aractingi. The brothers moved from Paris to NYC in early 2000 to go to college in the city that had awed them since their childhood US family vacations. Having a family background in real estate, they initially dabbled in unique downtown rentals while gaining their degrees, and quickly moved on to opening their own firm, initially managing rentals and as the business grew organically, moved into sales as well. They now represent clients throughout NYC and the Hamptons.
The Aractingi Group prides themselves on finding properties with unique features, charm and character. Their aim is to help clients feel confident from the start of the process to the finish, utilizing a strong and reliable network of professionals that they have worked with through the years.
Julien began his journey in NYC real estate in 2010, having gained 2 years critical experience at a residential brokerage company, Julien was determined and motivated to create his own path in the industry. With a desire and intention of offering clients a more personal and bespoke experience, Julien prides himself on knowing the city, the architecture and all of the unique properties there are to offer. He also nurtures strong relationships with owners, landlords, buyers and tenants alike. Born in Paris, Julien has lived in New York City for more than 15 years where he graduated from Baruch College before pursuing his career in real estate. He now resides in Gramercy where he recently purchased an apartment after living in the East Village. He is also on the Board of his building.
Morgen has been involved in real estate since he lived in Paris, where he helped his parents manage their apartments. He moved to New York City to study at NYU and went on to graduate at the New School in Greenwich Village. While in graduate school, he became an amateur boxer training at the world-famous Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn. Having now lived in NY for 20 years, he divides his time between his apartment in the Gramercy area and his house in the Amagansett Dunes with his wonderful wife. Morgen loves finding New York and the Hampton’s new low-key spots to enjoy with family and friends.
